Can I request a different ship, aircraft, or unit than what's shown?
Yes! Every piece is fully custom. Tell us the ship, unit, aircraft, or branch imagery you'd like featured and we'll build the design around it.
What information do you need from me?
Full name, rank, and dates of service at minimum. You're welcome to include additional details like ship names, qualifications, campaigns, or service traditions you'd like represented.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow standard production time for design proofing and printing before shipment. Upon design approval, production and shipping takes an average of 3 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
We do not ship outside of the U.S. Shipping to ALL U.S. 50 states only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incurs additional shipping charges.
Can I see a proof before it prints?
Yes — you'll receive a digital proof for approval before we send it to print. We will send you a link to our proofing page for you to approve or request changes.
